Thank you for your question on purchasing more dedicated IP addresses. I checked your AMP and did not see the icon either. This is not normal behavior and will be reported to the dev team for fixing. In the meantime, however, you can send in a manual request to the Support Team via email. Be sure to verify with either the current AMP password or the last 4 digits of a credit card on file. They will be able to handle the creation of the bill item and assign the IP for you.
