Today I'm getting error 500 and Max User connection error. I didn't change anything today. Why it happens

Hello globalkaddish, Thank you for contacting us about the 500 and max user connection error you're seeing. I'm not sure exactly where your error is originating from, but if it is some from email it could be an IMAP issue with one of your email users. I advised checking your mail logs to see which user might be causing the multiple connections. Or, if you are in a shared hosting environment you can contact our Live Support to check those logs for you. Best, Christopher M.
