Use of the Magento Engine 1.6.2

A client of mine is wanting a Magento template that uses Engine 1.6.2, and within my CP I only see versions 1.9, 1.8 and 1.7.......

will this template still work as it should?

Hello,

Thank you for your question on Magento Engine 1.6.2 template. The only way to know for sure is to test it. If it is going to be complicated or require any modifications, be sure to test it on a second instance as a test site.
