Using the theme Moesia, how do I create a one-page website with a header that references sections within the page?

Thank you for contacting us setting stick items in WordPress. If you would like this object to be editable from within the WordPress admin section you can set it up as a sticky post.
Otherwise, for a more advanced option, you can edit the theme's header.php file. If you edit the source code of a theme, however, the developers may have trouble providing accurate support solutions if necessary.
