More than 4 days since my website migration...what's going on?

I initiated a website migration from A Small Orange to InMotion more than 4 days ago on 2/11 believing it would be a better host. So far I've only been disappointed with all the issues I've had including problems with cancelling domain transfer and long waits for customer support. I was told in email and chat that it would take up to 4 days. The email said: " Website Transfers typically take 1 - 4 days to complete. We will be in touch, via email, throughout the process to keep you up-to-date. " Thus far I haven't even gotten an update about delays. I'm at risk of paying for my old hosting again for another month because my site still hasn't is still not with In Motion. What's going on with you guys and my site?

Hello, We're sorry to hear about the website migration issues and the length of time it's taking to complete. I actually walked this issue to the manager for support and he told me to speak with the WTR team in regards to your particular account. There is a backup with transfers causing a delay in completed website transfers, but they are trying to take care of it as soon as possible. In regards to your Domain Transfer - per the rules of ICANN (the governing body for domain names on the internet), a registrar can DENY a transfer if the domain is within the first 60 days of registration (ICANN domain transfer policy).
