Several question pre hosting migration process
Greetings for all.
I've search, and ask, and found some good info about inmotion hosting provider. Now since i have some indeep issue with my actual provider, i am looking for a new provider for my entire business platform. By now i have see a Hosting Pro Plan, with growing goals through time.
Now in matter of question:
1- I handle couple of dozen of Wordpress sites, since i am a marketing provider, and web design & hosting are one of my products. Some of them handle plugin for Amazon S3 (cloud storage), CloudFront (CDN) and SES integration (email marketing). I had some issue with Curl 6 and curl 77 error, without any response. Can i request a curl library update if it is needed by me?
2- Some sites includes MyMail plugin for email marketing, with sending rate, bounce and DKIM handing. Can i, and how cost; and sending increase request? How many and now much? Of course all email are double opt-in by their form on every domain. Those wordpress platform doesn't use SES instead use local email provider.
3- Process limits into shared account. I had some issue with some clients using iphone devices and imap sync. by know my actual provider restrict process into my account to 25, including dovecot-imap ones. What is the process limit for shared account, Pro plan specifically? I am aware of imap optimizing process but some customers just need every minute sync since handle very important process into their company with their provider.
4- In case of (and really exceptional case) email sending limit get overwhelmed, ¿all emails account into domain got blocked? ¿or entire account (including it all domain and subdomain) got blocket of sending? This can happen when client send an email but email never arrive destination, not into spam folder, not into anywhere, email just doesn't arrive never and ever. Not error at all on any place.
5- My actual provider claim to have unlimited space, but actually handle inodes of every files, limit them also. Since mostly usage will be wordpress like, and cms are particular in some thousand of files, in with way inmotion handle "unlimited" stuff, means mysql, files, space, bandwidth. There's should be a catch somewhere.
6- Free domain transfer or registration. Since a domain transfer always have a fee, ¿how truly this it is? This free kind includes from another provider to your provider or vice versa?
7- A few of our clients have woocommerce into their web, there is any special fee for specifically those sites excluding ssl price?
8- There is a way to prove or test any answer given into some trial time? With some real field test? Before take any buy process? At this time i am huge exceptical since many claim been good, but real time are quite bit difference.
One of every question got answered, i will take risk of buy and migrate.

If you're on a VPS or Dedicated server, then CURL can be updated. Updating on a business plan (shared server) cannot be done.

I think you're asking if you can increase the mail limit. The answer is yes, but you must send in a request to raise the email limit. It is handled on a case-by-case basis. If you're on a VPS or Dedicated server, you can change the rate yourself, but you are also responsible for your own mail server IP reputation. Raising this limit on a shared server (for any account type up to PRO) may not be allowed due the load that would be placed on the server.

We do not provide specific number of processes, since resources are divided with the existing server accounts. If you're on a VPS/dedicated server and you have root access you can change the value in the mail server configuration.

If the Email sending limit is passed, then ALL mail activity is halted until an hour has passed. This is used to prevent abuse fo the mail server. Repeated abuse can lead to account suspension. If your accounts are all one IP and account, they would ALL be affected simultaneously.

Websites aren't expected to be gigabytes and gigabytes of files. If you have site that large, then it should be using a CDN for the data - and it should definitely NOT be on a shared server. Web Hosts understand that websites can vary in size, so while many do not state a limit, if the limit is hit, InMotion handles it by raising the storage space or inodes as required.

Domain transfers are referring to the domain name. Domain transfers typically have a fee, but a credit is provided in the case of new customers as it is a very common task to move the domain from one location to another. Domain transfers are moving a domain from one registrar to another.

Woocomerce sites are handled like any website. There's no specific fee for that software.
