Thank you for your contacting us about user not found errors when logging in. You add a new user directly in the database users table. The specific steps will differ based on how you are building your site, and what CMS you are using.
For example if you are using WordPress, we have a guide on How to add an admin account in WordPress via MySQL.
Alternately, if you need a user to access a database, you can create and attach a database user in cPanel.
If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below.
Thank you,
John-Paul

Sorry to hear you are having issues with your CMS Made Simple database. You can certainly add a new user to the users table via the phpmyadmin tool.
Click onto the phpMyAdmin tool and then click on the database you want to work with from the left hand menu.
Now click on the table you want to work with from the left hand menu.
Next, click on the Insert tab on the right hand panel. This will bring up a template for the database table for you to enter new data. After you enter the data go to the login page and pretend like you have forgotten your password so it can be reset the correct way. After that, you should be able to log in normally with your new user.
The above instructions may not provide the proper permissions as I am unsure how the users table works for that CMS.
If you have not yet created anything on your site with your new CMS, it would be better to simply uninstall and reinstall it so it creates the admin user properly.
Kindest Regards,
Scott M
