Can't create any subdomains

When I try to open a new subdomain, no matter on which domain, i get the follow error message: There was a problem creating the sub-domain: The zone for the root domain druepunktnull.ch is missing, or could not be read. The IP address will be read from the webserver configuration and a new zone will be created for this subdomain.0
Created DNS entry for druepunktnull.ch
Unable to add record for druepunktnull.ch

Hello psifneos, Thank you for contacting us about an issue creating subdomains. I found a forum post via Google search, where they advise to create the zone for the domain. "Add a dns zone for the domain from the "Add a DNS zone" section in the WHM --> DNS zones area." If your problems persist I recommend submitting a ticket to Live Support, so they can test in your specific account. If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below.
