new site won't launch

Tried to launch a new BG site but got a message that it didn't launch and to contact support. When I go to the url the home page is there but nothing else. If I click on the next page I get an error 500. Tried to contact support but no luck so far. Any idea what needs to be done to correct this?

Thank you for your question regarding BoldGrid. I was able to replicate the problem, have you checked the .htaccess file? There may be something in there that is causing the error.
