Modules and services area is not loading on our site

Unfortunately the modules and services area is not loading on your site because of an issue with the Prestashop code itself, a process on the server is either not ending properly or is causing a loop which eventually gets stopped by the server.

any one can help to solve this issue

I recommend enabling the error reporting ability in PrestaShop, which may provide a more detailed error message.
