Prestashop issue - not showing page properly, I think its CSS issue

Hi, I installed prestashop while setting my new hosting account at inmotionhosting
Do check
http://ecbiz194.inmotionhosting.com/~sgtagr5/admin123/

Its missing css or something. I have not even logged in to account. please give me a solution to fix this asap.

If you are using the Temporary URL for development, there may be some configurations you will need to adjust first.
