Edit Account Settings Problem in UCP in phpbb3

We have a problem with "Edit Account Settings Problem"... When user wants to change his/her password, but it is missed in that function. Can you find out how to fix the above problem?
If you want to test it, a Admit username is **** and password is ****, registered user is ***** and password ****, We want all users including admit level shall be able to use it.
