Can't receive emails - web client

I have set up email and managed to send and email from the web client, which was received at another email address. I replied but this has not come through to the web client yet.

Also having issues setting up mac mail.

Hello, Thank you for contacting us about an issue receiving emails. First, double-check your Incoming mail settings to ensure there are not misspellings. You can view your email settings in cPanel at any time. Next, try rotating your incoming settings, for example if you are using the non-SSL settings, try the SSL settings (and vice versa).
