I cannot run web page

I have a web page in my folder public_hmtl/wakosoft.com/prueba/index.htm and this dont run in my explorer, whats append? or how I can fix that.

Hello, Thank you for contacting us about the error on your site. I see the error you are receiving is "File not found". It's possible that the index file is missing or may have been renamed. You can manage the files on your server in a few different ways. If you think the files may have been tampered with you can check the access logs. Best, Christopher M.
