Unable to complete checkout in my store

For some(not all), including myself, checkout is unable to be completed. I've tried on Safari and Firefox browsers to no avail. I have ABSOLUTELY no knowledge of html/coding/programming. I always have to hire a developer for this kind of work, but an InMotion tech assistant recommended I ask here, on the off chance that someone might take a look into this for me. Can anyone help me with this PLEASE? I would be SO grateful lol! My site is www.metimemelts.com

Sorry to hear you are having issues with checking out in your Zen Cart store. I was able to get all the way to the PayPal page without issue. Where does the issue occur with your process? Please provide as many details as possible.
