Email not going anywhere
I see an email message sent last night at 2019-09-11 19:49:24, but nothing came through. We had an issue recently where messages were just failing. Now they are going off into the ether.
How would you rate the customer service you received?

Hello Gregory,
Thank you for contacting us about missing emails. If you are checking this email from different computers or clients, I recommend checking the email filters on all of them.
Also, if you are connecting via POP the email clients may be removing the emails from the server. Then, the other email clients will not be able to see them.
Your cPanel mail logs can also provide more clues, such as the IP address of the computer that is connecting and checking the emails.
