WordPress users having to reset passwords

Our site members (logging in as Wordpress role "subscriber") have been complaining that they sometimes have to reset their passwords to log in, often multiple times in a row. What could be causing this? What could be the fix?

Hello Mindfullife,

Sorry for the problem with WordPress users having to reset passwords. We do not have anyway to force WordPress users to reset their passwords. We can do this with cPanel logins or WHM logins, but not WordPress logins. You may have a security plugin that is causing this. Please review your security plugins to see if that is the cause.
