Website theme appearance has altered

In this session I saw that a rep. said to force an update for all plug-in, that did not resolve the issue, which is that I have the theme "Diced" when you enter into the them you can fully see the selected background as well as a black box which information can be inserted. The portion of the program which controls these widgets are not working, therefore the site no longer has an intro. How do I resolve this issue?

Hello, Thank you for contacting us about a website theme changing appearance. As a test, try changing your BoldGrid theme to a different one and saving it, then changing it back to the "Diced" theme. This may add the black box back, and allow you to update your call to action. Best Regards, John-Paul
