It says my domain has expired, but I've already paid....

I paid for my domain renewal and domain privacy on April 27 - admittedly I paid late, but it's been paid and when I paid for it my website was still active. I went to check my website today and I get a page of ads with a note at the bottom saying: "The domain aishadiandra.com has expired. If you registered this domain name as a direct customer of Melbourne IT, please click here to renew your domain name. If you registered this domain name via a reseller of Melbourne IT, please contact the reseller to renew this domain."

I've checked "My Subscriptions" under AMP and it still shows my domain name there with the next renew date in 2017. According to my receipts, I've also paid for everything.

I tried to get onto Domain Management but get told "Domain management is not available for this domain."

PLEASE HELP!! Finding out about this has ruined my week! I need my website for my business, my webshop is a subdomain of it, I can't even access my webmail which is a big problem since I have a few accounts linked to that email!
