WordPress site transfer to InMotion

Before a wordpress website transfer from another host to Inmotion, do I have to install Wordpress before hand in the newly created cpanel account which will be used for the transfered website or will it take the configuration of the files I downloaded from the previous host. Do I also have to install the theme that was on the previous host.

While there are a few different ways to do this, we have a guide on migrating your WordPress site that we recommend. It goes over the details of when to install and what you need to bring over.
