1046 Error on Upload to External Server

On uploading I received a 1046 error on the section of "wp_commentmeta" please assist because I cannot upload the database.

Hello, Thank you for contacting us about the 1064 error when uploading to the database. There are a few things you can check to make sure that the database is ready to be uploaded. Did you repair the database before exporting it? Sometimes a database can export with incomplete information due to caching if it is not repaired before the export.
