Attachment with NMS Formmail in the email

I have a NMS Formmail up and working on a website. I would like to add the "form" that is a jpg. diagram with fields that the customer fills in with dimensions. Currently the email that is sent only has the tags plus the dimensions in a list. I would like the email to include the "form" with the entered dimensions.
