Wp-admin problem admin-ajax slow

Hi, my wp-admin became very slow since last weeks.
The problem probably is about admin-ajax.php. I've already install heartbeat control plugin, update all plugin (except wpml), wordpress and theme. Could you help me?

Hello s.ascari, Thank you for contacting us about slow loads on your site. Is the problem with a slow Wp-admin section? You say the problem is probably about admin-ajax.php.
