Email accounts not working after migration was completed

Hello, I migrated our website, oh***** including the emails. website works fine. I transferred also the emails ... Using cpanel, then roundcube webmail, i can see the emails i copied from the old server but i cant send out any email. The ff message comes out. SMTP Error (550): Failed to add recipient "ki*******" (Verification failed for No Such User Here Sender verify failed) I cant receive any new emails either. "550 No Such User Here" error comes out from the sender. I just pointed the domain to the ns.inmotionhosting.com & ns2.inmotionhosting.com. I did not perform any additional DNS entries or modifications. I can only see the emails I transferred. Being new at migrating, I must have missed a step with some settings or file permissions. Kindly help me out asap since emails are critical in our daily operations. thanks.

Hello, Thank you for contacting us about the non-delivery of your email. It is difficult to tell the exact source of error without more information from the non-delivery message. If you have a VPS/Dedicated server you can check your mail logs for more information; otherwise, if you are in shared server, I advise you contact Live Support and provide the full error so they can analyze it more closely and/or check the logs with you.
