Authorization code is incorrect

I'm trying to transfer my domain to InMotion using the wizard. I get through the process fine until it asks me for my authorization code. I go to my current domain registrar, request it, and it's emailed to me. Then when I copy/paste it into the wizard, it tells me it's incorrect. I'm sure I'm pasting it correctly, however.

Hello, Sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your Auth code for transfer. If you have already requested another code from your registrar and it is still not working, you may want to see if our Live Support team can assist with a manual transfer initiation. Kindest Regards, Scott M
