Not receiving emails from my customers on my website.

I have a "contact us" page on my website with a from that customers can send out and send to me. It is set up using Ninja Forms. The problem is that when a message is sent, I do not receive an email telling me that they sent a message. I have to long into WordPress and go into the forms tab to find it. After looking at some troubleshooting fixes, I found that sometimes the host can block messages from going out and being emailed to me. I was hoping you could look into this problem.
