Can't see or edit Content of Pages

Moved hosts recently for my wordpress site, the issue is when wanting to edit or view the VISUAL content of the page, the contents box appears blank. The content is there that was created previously, but now I can't edit the pages. In the dashboard, the content area is blank, but it's there when you just select all in the browser window. I've turned off plugins, changed to default theme, resintalled fresh wordpress files to public.html, inmotion support have done the same, others have said its a PHP issue and in Chrome developer tools console, there appears the following error but not sure if this is the cause or even related to it - https://bespokefolk.co.uk/wp-includes/js/tinymce/wp-tinymce.php?c=1&ver=4310-20160418 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden). Does anyone have any idea what it could be??
