OpenCart - Unable to save setting for Affiliate

When I try to set under Store - Option- Affiliates- Automatic Commission as "Yes" and save it, if I go again and check it goes back to "No". I tried several times saving as "Yes" still not happening. Please let me know what additional things I need to do to enable it. Thank you.
