Open cart shopping cart error

I am having trouble with with my open cart. When a customer clicks on the blue line with the product (elephant, funko, Hasbro Etc) and tries to add something to cart they get a error undefined. I tried tech support and they could not figure it out. If They click on a picture it works fine. There are also times the information on top that has contact information doesn't show up all the time.
