Error message 503 although all settings are correct.

I am setting up my email in Windows 10 and Outlook 16.
I can send email but I am receiving the error message 503 that email could not be sent to one or more recipients.
All my settings are correct. I even marked the root folder: INBOX.
Please help. Thank you.
