Receiving notices that domain name is expiring

I am receiving notices that my domain name les4tours.com will expire and that I need to pay to secure it further.
Is that a scam or will the domain be maintained as I subscribed to your hosting services?

Sorry for the confusion and notices for domain expiration for your domain name - les4tours.com. I checked both your billing and the WHOIS information online and BOTH are updated and set to expire next year. I was checking to make sure that there wasn't a problem with our new domain registrar. We recently switched from Melbourne IT to OpenSRS (due to a buyout). We are resellers for domain registration for OpenSRS at this point. If those messages are not coming from InMotion or OpenSRS (Tucows), then they are probably not legit.
