how can i have my sent items on my phone,laptop and destop be sync

i have a phone laptop and destop which i use for emails now i need to sync my sent items on all the machines so that if i reply using a phone i shoud be able to see my sent items on both laptop and desktop. what setting am i suppose to do?

This process for subscribing may differ from device to device, so I can't give you specific directions without more information. Keep in mind that synchronizing folder is something that can only be done using the IMAP protocol for email. If you're using POP3, then this can't be done. Also, each device may require a period of time to synchronize. If you don't allow the synchronization of the folders, then even though they are assigned to sync, you may not see some items unless the synchronization completes.
