Hello, Sorry for the problem with the email being rejected. I looked at your error message and it says that the SPF record does not declare the IP of 23.235.203.129. However, when I check your domain's DNS records, I'm seeing the following: "v=spf1 +a +mx +ip4:198.46.81.10 +ip4:23.235.203.129 +ip4:23.235.201.143 -all" (I see that it was addressed by our live technical support team per the account notes). The IP record looks to have been fixed with the IP address, so it should be good to go. Be aware that any DNS change does require up to 24 hours of propagation time before the change applies.
