change carriage return spacing

I need to change the carriage return spacing on one of my pages. Can you please help me to do this. I need to know what the code would be to insert and where. I think it would be on the TEXT or code for this page but not sure nor do I know the actual code line to insert. My theme is Twenty Eleven

Hello, Thank you for contacting us about customizing your theme. To accomplish the goal in your question you will need to edit the `style.css` file.
