Logging in to webmail, I get a odd question. What does it mean?

I log into webmail using [email protected], and get this: You are about to log in to the site "example.com" with the username "example", but the website does not require authentication. This may be an attempt to trick you. Is "example.com" the site you want to visit?
What do I do about this?

Hello, Thanks for the question about logging into webmail. The extra challenge questions are just for security, in order to make sure you're logging into the right place. When you log in, just make sure that the address line matches with the domain that you're supposed to log in to. It may jump to the server that is serving your email as well. If it matches your server ID, and your browser shows that you are logging into the proper server, then you can log in to your webmail client with no problems. The answer would be "yes" you want to login to that server. If your server name or server name doesn't match, then clear your browser cache and re-type in your login information. If you are not sure of your server ID, then you can find in the Account Management Panel (AMP). Here is a tutorial that explains how to find it. For more detailed information on the login options provided with cPanel, check out How to Log in to Your server or Account. If you have any further questions or comments, please let us know. Regards, Arnel C.
