Create a distribution List email

Hi, I would like to create a distribution list for my organization so I can send emails to all of them but i can not see where to do this.

Hello, Thank you for contacting us about setting up an email distribution list. I recommend using phpList. This is a free program designed to manage large email campaigns, and it works well with our server configurations. You can also use MailChimp, which is a paid service, but also very popular.
