Cannot configure slideshow module

I am having difficulty setting up a slideshow on my Drupal 8 site. I have followed several tutorials regarding various modules and most recently tried the Views slideshow module and a very comprehensive tutorial/walkthrough. However, what happens is that the images are not scrolling through like they should be and just appear as static images; one on top of the other. How would I go around this or what module with easier UI would you suggest for Drupal 8? Thanks in advance.

Hello Immunoh, Sorry for the problem with setting up the slideshow on your Drupal 8 site. We would need more information to troubleshoot your current site - version numbers, steps you have taken, and modules used.
