Create a Affiliate Account

I have a Reseller Hosting Account. I am trying to create a Affiliate Account so I can add the links to my website. All the information in the application form is correct. I started to fill in the password and system said you already have a password do you want to change. (which I dont ) So I entered my Inmotion Reseller Account password (4) times and keep getting a Error Passwords do not match ?? Any suggestions Bob
