HTTP error when I upload photos in WordPress

When I upload Photos in Wordpress I get a HTTP error message. I received Tec support from inmotion. The Tec was able to upload his photos into my Wordpress library. I can load photos that already exist in media library but not any new photos. I tried renaming photos and compressing to the smallest jpg.


The Tec added code to .htaccess SetEnv MAGICK_THREAD_LIMIT 1 suPHP_ConfigPath /home/******9/public_html


Did not work, I cannot upload photos without HTTP error. I would appreciate some help. Thank you
