Complete lack of information on a blog

I have two blogs with you. One is aussiesilverfox and I think I have login information for that one but I am unsure as I have never had to reach it before and have had no problems. The other on and the one with problems is silverfoxtrading which has suddenly acquired a number of error messages on the main page that I cannot delete. My computer man needs FTP and Cpanel details but I have no information on how to get into Cpanel (AMP) for silverfoxtrading and I have now locked myself out by trying all variations. Do the email and password for aussiesilverfox work here or is it a completely different set up? If so I do not appear to have any details at all. Hope you can help me. Regards Frank Church

Hello Aussiesilverfox, Sorry for the problem with getting into the website via cPanel. In order to obtain details for an account you will need to contact our live technical support team via phone/chat/email. You will need to provide identification details for the account as well information about the domain you're trying to access.
