Image/ Text vertical align

I want to make my text align vertically in the middle of the image it is next to. I can only get them to align at the top of the image. I am using boldgrid and I tried to mess around with some css but I can't get it to do what I want.
Not sure what else to try. It is in its own column and its own content area.

Hello, Thank you for your question regarding vertically aligning Image and Text. Here is a link to a possible solution from the official WordPress forums, where they provide several suggestions. Such as "have the image inside the same block element as the text" for example:
