Apologies for the issues with the that you're seeing with the assigned dedicated IP addresses. In general, the dedicated IPs are not assigned to an account until they are assigned to your account for a specific purpose (e.g. website, SSL certificate). The Support Center website can't assign the IP's for you. You will need to contact our live technical support team for further assistance.
