Hello, Thank you for your question regarding email notifications not working in PrestaShop. If you are using SMTP settings in Prestashop, review them for typos or misspellings. Review your mail logs for additional errors or record of your order confirmation emails. The logs can tell you if they are being received by the recipient server. Also, error Reporting may provide a more detailed failure message. Thank you, John-Paul
