Cannot Access Payment Module in Opencart

Hello, we bought authorize.net payment module. I also enabled it in opencart(using which I built my site) by providing the required details, however, the payment form does not appear while checkout. I do see that payment option is available (as a radio button), but that's it. There is no payment form where user can provide the credit card information. I am not sure what I am missing, am I missing a step here in the hosting site? Also, let me know where to look for any errors.

Hello, Thank you for your question regarding issues accessing a payment module. Here is a link to our guide on working with error reporting in OpenCart. This may provide a more detailed error notification. When I tested the checkout, after confirming (Step 6) it redirects me to authorize.net to complete the payment, but I get this error: The following errors have occurred. (13) The merchant login ID or password is invalid or the account is inactive. Due to this error, I recommend checking your login credentials with Authorize.net. Also, since you purchased the payment module I recommend contacting the developer for a setup guide or work-around. Thank you, John-Paul
