Link for cpanel on AMP is not working

When I log into my AMP and click on the cPanel link, a separate blank tab comes up but I never get directed to the cPanel. I CAN access the cPanel by typing my domain.com/cpanel, though.

Can you please advise? Thanks

Hello RTBra1n, Sorry for the problem with the cPanel link in AMP. I checked it here and could not duplicate the issue. You will need to contact our our live technical support team regarding the issue. They can determine the cause and get you a resolution for the issue.
