Can't log in to webmail and quota exceeded

I am getting a quota exceeded message when trying to email my business. WHen I tried to log into investigate I get a failed log in message to webmail. Plus the only way I can even get to the log in page is to use the https://secure124.inmotionhosting.com:2096/login/
because none of the other methods work. including via the help page.
