Thank you for your question on changing the port for php. This is not something that can be done on a shared server at all. For VPS and Dedicated plans, it will take root access. To do it, log into the WHM, then go to the "Tweak Settings" tool. From there, on the "All" tab, locate the setting named "Apache non-SSL IP/port" Then set the port from 80 to 7777.
