WordPress contact form not working

hello.


im working on second version of website same theme on wordpress and i did exactly the same form using plugin of contact form 7, just like i did for www.coraltours.org, for the new website in here: http://70.39.235.94/~vrtisr5/itas_tours/index.php/contact-us/ , and the form is not working, it is not sending emails, it gives error, why this happen? i have other forms in there that does not work as well. the form in the other website work just fine, is it mabye because im using same theme and i need to change something?

Hello, Thank you for your question about troubleshooting contact forms. It can be difficult migrating settings and files to new directories without something not working correctly. I advise doing a Softaculous clone of your site. This often works best as far as copying and modifying files. If your site is not already in your Softaculous installations, you can import it into Softaculous. You may also want to consider checking system logs for mail delivery, or if you are in shared server you can contact our Live Support to help check your mail logs. Best, Christopher M.
