Installed WordPress now what? The website isn't being recognized.

I went through the cPanel, downloaded WordPress, signed into WordPress (more passwords) , found a template to get going, and built a one page website complete with header to get something up, but when I go into the search engine it isn't recognized. Now what? Am I missing something here? My site is vegasmastercraftsmen.com Since this is my first time using InMotion Hosting, I am finding it a lot more difficult than most hosting sites as a new user. Thanks for the reply.

Hello, Sorry to hear that your site is not listed in search engines as of yet. While common search engines may crawl your site on their own, I recommend that you manually add your site to speed up this initial crawl of your site. Gratefully, Casey B.
