I am trying to import my WordPress Site

Using the directions I was sent from my sales person, I am trying to import my wordpress site. I exported the file from Wordpress, but when I try to login to my dashboard the directions say to select the tools icon from the left, I can't find tools anywhere. Is it because my account is so new and my domain hasn't been imported? Do I need to import my domain first? Thanks

Hello Homest56, Sorry for the problem with being unable to find tools after logging in. I'm not sure where you are logging in. Can you please provide detail on the URL that you are using? When I check the main domain of your account, it is not currently pointed to our hosting servers. If you can clarify which URL you are using, then we can investigate the issue further.
